LA PASSION POUR PIZZAS

Fondée en 2022, Fire Box Pizza est une entreprise de restauration de pizzas au feu de bois opérant à Orléans et dans les environs. Nous sommes une entreprise qui se concentre sur les aliments faits maison, préparés avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité.

Nous vous apportons la pizza party!

Nous nous présentons sur le lieu de l'événement avec notre remorque four à pizza de 6 pieds et mettons en place une cuisine extérieure "Market Style" pour faire des pizzas fraîches sur place.

Notre objectif est de partager notre véritable amour pour la pizza et la nourriture de qualité. Notre objectif est de remodeler l'image et les normes de ce que la pizza peut et devrait être.

Chef and Owner

Brendan Hill

Brendan is extremely passionate about cooking. He is a self taught chef, and started his cooking career in 2009. Brendan has worked solely in scratch kitchen restaurants, and that is where his true passion is. Born from a military family, discipline and attention to detail have always been strong morals for him. As a self proclaimed "connoisseur" of Italian food, Pizza, Pasta, Bread, and Pastries are certainly on the top of his list.

"Being a chef is one of the toughest but most rewarding career paths. There are no words for the feeling I get when I see guests truly enjoying the food I work so hard to produce, and knowing you are creating lasting memories and experiences."

The support and love we have received from the community touches our heart; we love to give back to the community and reciprocate that love.

Brendan believes in sharing knowledge and passing on cooking skills and traditions that he has picked up throughout his career in the industry.

"I have so many amazing memories involving food, and I want to create those memories for others."

Had our baby shower and of course had to have some wood fired food!
Meating bbq was nice enough to allow us to collaborate on some delicious pizzas.
Wood fired pizzas with wood fired bbq… how can you go wrong!
•Pesto base, Mushroom, Smoked Brisket, Pickled onion, pickled jalapeño.
•Herb oil base, Roasted corn, Onion, Bbq sauce, Smoked Chicken, Black beans
